Care, in plain words
A few habits keep extensions sitting well from one move-up to the next.
Your stylist will give you the details for your method at the end of the install. These are the habits every method shares. Results vary with your hair and with how you care for it.
Every day
Wash with lukewarm water and a gentle shampoo, and keep conditioner on the lengths, away from the roots
Brush from the ends up, with a brush made for extensions
Sleep in a loose braid, and let your hair dry before you lie down
Use heat tools on the setting your stylist gives you

Questions
Questions about care
Can I swim or exercise?
Yes. Tie your hair back, rinse it afterward and let it dry fully before you lie down.
Can I color extension hair at home?
Please ask us first. Extension hair takes color differently from your own, and we can tone it at your next visit.
What if something feels loose?
Write or call us. Do not pull at it. We will tell you whether it can wait for your move-up.
How do I know when it is time to move up?
Your date is booked before you leave. If your roots show sooner, tell us and we will look at the calendar.
