Extensions and color in Summerlin

Length, blended into your own color

Lengthwise is an extension and color studio in Summerlin. We choose the method first, match the shade in daylight, and put every move-up on the calendar in weeks. We are accepting new clients.

Three installs

Pick the method before the length

Each method sits differently, comes out differently and moves up on its own schedule. The consultation narrows the three down to one.

Length and blend

Your install, then your move-ups

Extensions are a schedule more than a single appointment. This is a typical one; your stylist writes yours at the consultation.

  • Week 0

    Install day

Your color is blended and the length is placed, in the method you chose at the consultation.

  • Week 1

    A check-in

A message or a short visit to see how everything sits, and to answer what came up.

  • Weeks 6 to 8

    First move-up

The wefts or tips are lifted and set closer to your roots, and the color is blended again where it has shifted.

  • Weeks 12 to 16

Move up again, or take out

Either one is booked at the same time as the last, so the calendar stays full of dates you chose.

Color blend

Your color and the extensions, toned as one

Extension hair arrives close to your shade, never exact.

Before and after the install, your stylist tones the length and your roots at the basin so the two read as one color. The blend is its own step on the menu, with its own time set aside.

What the step covers

  • A strand match in daylight

  • Toning for the length and the roots

  • A blended finish, checked at the chair
